This privacy policy is published by Vorpal Bunny Studios ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and legal entity that publishes our apps on Google Play and the website sudokudb.com. It describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. It applies to every app and site listed below.

Not every practice below applies to every app — features such as account sign-in, in-app purchases, and advertising vary by title. Where a section is marked "where applicable," it only applies to the apps that include that feature.
Some of our apps let you sign in with Google. If you choose to do so, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile picture. Signing in is entirely optional — you can play without creating an account.
We store your in-game progress, scores, times, and statistics so your progression can be saved and, where sign-in is available, synced across devices. This data is tied to your account or device and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Apps that offer in-app purchases process them through Google Play Billing. We store a record of your purchase (product ID, purchase token, and timestamp) for verification purposes. We do not have access to your payment method or billing details — Google handles all payment processing.
Some of our apps are free and supported by advertising, served through Google AdMob and Unity Ads. To deliver and measure ads, these networks and their partners may collect and use a device advertising identifier and related information (such as approximate location, device type, and ad interactions). You can reset or limit this identifier in your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Their use of this data is governed by Google's advertising privacy terms and Unity's privacy policy. Apps that do not display ads do not collect this data.
We use Google Analytics on the website (sudokudb.com) and Google Firebase Analytics in our Android apps to collect anonymous usage data — such as pages/screens visited, features and modes used, session counts, approximate region, and device/browser type. This helps us understand how our apps are used and improve them. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your gameplay data for as long as your account exists. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove your data within 30 days.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
